Panda dome free is very good. I was using for many years the windows defender, till i caught a bitcoin miner, which windows defender could not deal with. Then I installed Panda dome free and it cleaner my system from the miner. Generally Bit Defender free is the best free one you can get, however, it's kinda heavy on resources and also removes a lot of software which is not a threat, so I would not recommend.
There is no difference between the paid and free antivirus for Panda dome. The paid version provides extras such as firewall, anti-fishing ,etc. I would say that you do not need an extra firewall for TRNC (windows firewall is already turned on by default), since your connection is already secured through your microtik device installed from your ISP and your router.
The best paid ones from my experience are Bit Defender and Kaspersky, however, they are both go a bit heavy on system resources. From panda dome free, you will occasionally get a pop up, offering you a discounted paid version, which you just close with one mouse click. Probably it's paid version is nice as well. Hope I have been helpful.

Nortons, £19.99 to £29.99 per year. Always renew by buying from PC World, but Nortons have cottoned on and now charge the same.

I was going to say if you have Windows 10 you shouldn't need additional AV software as Windows Defender is built in. I've never had any problem at all relying on Windows Defender, but then iv_cyprus had the Bit Miner so i guess it's horses for courses. There are some good ones listed above and if they're free it's a bonus and worth the extra layer of security for peace of mind.
