It is with great pleasure that we can announce that our first Coffee Morning of 2020 is to be hosted by the Merit Royal Hotel in Alsancak.
This will be held on Tuesday the 17th March 2020 and we will be in the Hotel's stunning Banqueting Marquee.
The event will start at 11.00 am and to help the Hotel they have asked for us to inform you all that there will be NO entry into the marquee before this time.
We know you will all understand . There will be an entrance donation payable of just 20 TL per person and we will invite you to enjoy a cuppa and cake on us.
Access to the marquee is through the main Hotel entrance and there will be some of their lovely staff to meet , greet and guide you to us.There is ample parking across from the entrance and lifts in the underground car park. Just press L.We will be on ground level and there are ramps at the main entrance of the hotel.

Any person/s wanting to join us to sell their own wares are more than welcome. There will be a donation of just 40 TL per table/space payable and we will invite you to have a cuppa and cake on us. There will be entry directly into the marquee from the roadside to help with the unloading of items for sale.Once this has been done the vehicles can then be parked up.Please ring Lynda on 0533 8866261 to book your table/space or for any other queries please ring Wendy on 0533 8686078..

We have been informed this afternoon by the lovely people of the Merit Royal Hotel in Alsancak that sadly they have to cancel being hosts for our Coffee Morning next Tuesday 17th March 2020.
Why? The reported cases of the Coronavirus and the Ministry of Health are advising them that no large group events should take place at this time.
They are truly gutted as we are and they have pledged their support to us for a future event.
Stay safe everyone and please share this with everyone. We are taking posters down, contacting the radio and the newspaper and posting on FB but word of mouth is always the best.

It is a shame the Merit have cancelled but i understand your "committee" meeting is going ahead. Can you publicly confirm whether you will be discussing the recent calls for your resignation and also why the charity have received a request for an infusion pump for the childrens oncology unit which has so far not been responded to even though you have more than enough funds in the bank to cover the cost.
