Technical help needed!

I have no problem with facebook on my computer, but have a problem on my smartphone. When I try to read notifications, comments on posts or video's. It comes up with a message saying 'Sorry something went wrong, try again'. I have uninstalled the facebook app and re installed it, but just the same problem. Does anyone know how to solve it please?

Is the phone connected to the internet?

Problem solved thanks to friendly guy in the shop where I bought my phone from. I was on facebook lite and he changed it to facebook! Simple when you are a techy!!
