Is Multimax Down or is it my computer?

Multimax was down for us yesterday in Kayalar, most of the morning. Has been very slow at times. LBC radio was hard to get. Seems ok this morning
I read on a Fb site that Erdogan has been blocking things due to the Syrian events, not sure if this is accurate

My Multimax Internet was down also the other morning too, for about 2 hours then comes back on. This loss of my MM internet first thing in the early morning occurs quite frequently, I have contacted MM by text message asking for an explanation, but they have never got back to me on my inquiry.

No problem atm in Esentepe but as mentioned it has been up and down and very slow at times over the last few days.

Possible cause... when the sun rises directly behind the base station your roof-top modem is pointing at/to - the signal can be overwhelmed and washed-out. This effect would typically only occur at certain times of the year and day. Might be total bs but it does appear to coincide with issues I get at certain times of year.

I had no internet at all this morning and last evening the download speeds were dreadful. This is in Esentepe, can anyone recommend a more reliable provider for this area?

What did MM say when you raised the problem? Have they closed the support ticket you raised?
