The FA, Premier League, EFL and Barclays FA Women’s Super League and FA Women’s Championship have collectively agreed to postpone the professional game in England until 3 April at the earliest.

This action, which will be kept under constant review, has been taken due to the increasing numbers of Clubs taking steps to isolate their players and staff because of the COVID-19 virus.

Given the above and the current progress of this virus, I would doubt very much if games will recommence after the3rd April.

I think they ought to just cancel the premiership season and I'm sure all the Liverpool supporters will agree :)

Ah well, at least Sunderland won’t get beat tomorrow.

Every cloud and all that.

Trigger, and perhaps Norwich can take a rest from propping up the Premier division for months on end.

Good Grief! The world as we know it has come to an end and the poor football players, they will have to be retrained now I suppose.

There has been some speculation in the UK newspapers that wearing gloves may help to prevent the spread of COVID-19, a claim endorsed by a Glasgow Rangers goalkeeper. He says that he has worn gloves for years and never caught anything.
