Cooked Chickens
Does anybody know why the supermarkets have stopped selling cooked chickens ?

Whole Chicken
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Rub olive oil on chicken, sprinkle with sea salt & coarse black pepper.
Place in middle of oven at 190* and cook for around 80-90 mins.
Test if cooked by pushing a skewer into the thickest park of he meat, if the juices are clear and the skin is brown & crispy put on a plate - let it rest for 15 mins minimum, carve, serve & enjoy.
