Allen, I don't know if you came? If you did I am surprised you didn't say hello and maybe air the problem you clearly have with me personally!

I have never claimed to be "better" than any one else, I have never "knocked" another performer for using tracks and I am beginning to find your seemingly relentless attacks, on this and other threads, tiresome as well as ill informed.

Arockingace (Gavin) We did pop in last night to see what you have to offer above those who use "backing tracks" and have been warned by A Moderator, that I am not able to give my opinion about your act, unlike you, when you said, a couple of weeks ago, that you played "live" unlike those who use backing tracks and therefore assumed you are better than them. I would like to ask you "politely" what it is, YOU think, you have to offer an audience that is so special or different to other entertainers here. I would like to add,with the risk of being banned, that you just sang and strummed the guitar with, in our opinion, no special attributes to your act to make you above others who try as hard to please an audience. I would ask you and the moderator, that you do not put yourself above others by claiming you are better than others who use backing tracks to enhance their overall sound and politely suggest you record your act to bring yourself back down to earth and also go to see some of those acts you so clearly feel you are better than. However I did find you a very pleasant person eager to please. regards Allen

The above was the original post to which you refer and any ASSUMPTION that Gavin was better than those using backing tracks is yours and I can see no claim anywhere that Gavin is putting himself above anyone else. I am locking this thread now as personal attacks on another member will not be tolerated on this forum.
