Uk Expat VPN

I have an annual subscription to this VPN provider, which I renewed on 15/3. The renewal activated a new password which I input, and the service continued perfectly for about 10 days, but has not worked now for several days, saying ‘Incorrect ID/password ‘
I have tried everything to contact them about this without receiving as much as an acknowledgement.
I understand that these are very unusual times, but there is nothing on their fb page or website to indicate delays or customer service disruption.
Are any members of this group subscribers to this VPN, and have any had similar problems? I’d like to know if this ‘glitch’ is specific to my account.
