Today's Good News.

My sisters in the UK have sent me large donations to buy food and essentials for those in need here. My very wealthy nephew Dave has temp donated his fully staffed hotel in Exeter to the NHS for as long as they need it.

As devastatingly horrible as this craziness is there is a lot of good emanating from it.

My long held belief that the great majority of people are generous, kind and want to help whenever possible is being corrobotated.

Our world as we knew it will be changed for ever and fingers crossed for the better for ever.

It could be the start of the revolution.

Things like this bring out the best and the worst, thankfully the good vastly outweigh the bad!

A shame the high earners in the UK premiere league don't do anything for those who have nothing.

Actually they are doing quite a lot....as well as many others also allowing their homes to be used by NHS staff and lots of other good deeds around the U.K.

and massive gestures by the few who have so much are great and welcome but so are small gestures by the many who do not. for example a 5-7% increase in spending on grocery shopping in the UK equated to a couple of billion pounds. This is not an insignificant amount of money.

Sadly it is generally the negatives that reach the media, but hats off to the generous donations from your wonderful family
