Deputy Prime Minister Kudret Özersay has warned that it was a criminal offence to deliberately give false information regarding those who have tested positive for the coronavirus-Covid-19. He said that some patients were deliberately concealing the names of those with whom they had been in contact.

This might be well off the mark. But a thought did occur to me when i read that. If the people being picked up for being outside the curfew hours are on the streets for getting their fix of drugs. Could it be that they would be reluctant to say who they got the drugs from?? As i say just a thought.

That's a bit of a shot in the dark. There could be a thousand and one other reasons, or no reason at all.
