Time setting, it's no big deal but......

My time setting is three hours behind Cyprus time, done a search on the issue and a post from Grouch stated it could be altered in the settings.
I cant find a settings menu. Seen at the bottom of the page that the times are in UTC which is three hours behind us. So as I say it's no big deal but can this be altered?

If you click on your name at the top f the page and select 'User Control Panel' then when that opens up select Board Preferences it can be changed from there.
