Washing machine on the blink

My washing machine is not working, I think it is the door locking mechanism. Does anyone know if washing machine engineers are allowed to work just now, and if so, any recommendations. I live in Karsiyaka.

I have a similar problem with our dishwasher.

Try Hay-Pem Elektronics, tel shop 0392 8211764 , mob 0542 8524948 don't think they are open but give the mob No a call.
