Coop bank alsancak

Hi does any one bank at the cooperative bank in alsancak, next to pizza king. Do you know if they do online banking? We are stuck in the UK and concerned that our electric and water will be turned off if we fail to pay due to our funds not being topped up. Our council tax is also due next month.
I would be grateful of any advice or an email contact for the bank.
