Anyone else in Ozankoy without power? Ours has been off for over 3 hours.

We live on the road which leads into the village from the main coast road opposite Erdener supermarket, we are OK, no power cut.

Have you checked that the trip on the fuse box or next to the meter hasn't flipped off?

There is a number that you can ring for Power faults - and they can usually tell you how long they are expected to last as well.

Copied from an earlier post: -

"KIbtek will probably be aware of the fault already, but best report it anyway on the automated faults line - 0392 6000 960.

The guy on the Help line - 0392 815 2223 - can usually tell you how long it will be before the fault is rectified, and I think that it's manned 24 Hrs a day."

I don't have a neighbour. However after 5 hours it is back on again. It turned out that someone/thing had knocked the electric pole down further down in the village. When it came back ion we then had no internet. There was a problem with the base station. Thankfully Multimax were very efficient and resolved it within half an hour.
