Does anybody know how long the payment takes to reach Kibtek if you pay at a bank please?

I can only say that when I pay my turkcell bill at the bank I get a texted receipt about an hour after its paid. Dont know if Kibtek is the same.

i would have thought straight away once its on there system

I am sure that when I pay ours it is logged staright into account.

Thanks for the replies I thought it might take a few days but from what you have said it looks like it gets there pretty fast. Exiting tenant paid their bill at a bank on Friday so did not want to make 2 trips to check the account had been paid in full.
