Can somebody tell me the name of the Black/Grey rubbery brush on stuff used to seal ballast tanks and pool overflow weirs. My local yapi market was non to clear.

I remember there were two things you had to mix, a cement and a liquid. Go to Çoban in Girne, they sell the stuff and will tell you how to mix. Check the expiration dates.
