are there any ATMs that dispense sterling and what do they charge.
I am looking for one between Karakum and Catalkoy

The atms at Lemar Karakum charge £5 per £100. Try the one at Ledi. I took £300 and the charge was £7.20 plus £1.50 from Lloyds bank.

Depends which card you have. TEB do not charge Barclays customers. Most others charge minimum 3% on most cards.

Unless you specifically need GBP, if you have a Revolut card, it makes more sense to withdraw TL direct from iktisat, turk, Ziraat or one of the other banks' ATMs that allows free withdrawals - you get a better exchange rate, andyou don't need to shop around for a decent exchange shop.

TEB charged me 3% on £200 from HSBC and HSBC charged 2%

I have a Nationwide card so no charge uk end for gbp.
So today I tried a few
Bankamatik are charging 2.9%
The Garanti machine outside world of leather wanted 4.99%
Teb machines are charging 4.5%
