Hello All,

Can anyone recommend anywhere in Lefkosa to look for a new set of good quality tyres?

I've tried all the usual places around Girne, but can't find the tyres I want (high performance at a low price).

There many many car tyre outlets on the industrial estate just beyond the Atatürk Stadium. Turn left on the new slip road and second left into the estate. Drive around the estate stopping at each outlet and ask...
But I have to say that Pitstop in Catalkoy have always been keenly priced for our tyre needs.

Thanks Groucho - I've used PitStop over the years, but they can't offer me the type of tyres I'm after this time. I last bought a full set of Altenzo tyres from them in December for our Subaru Forester.

Tyre speed rating chart... Hope these ratings help, not sure how high performance you're looking for,
unless you're going to be driving on a German Autobahn,
A great road to drive too
Probably cheaper to buy tyres to suit the car, than to suit the driver!
The sun usually ruins our tyres, before the tread goes, here in The TRNC!

Thanks Navek and Groucho - Yusuf Cocuk in Lefkosa were very helpful, and I now have a new set of Goodyear Eagle F1s on the Impreza, at a very reasonable price.
