What I'm trying to work out is how much monthly income is needed when applying for residency if renting a property, for people on basic pension I would think they would be hard pressed to meet the requirements if three times that amount is required.

You need around £1350 a month or £16,500 in savings. I guess a mix would be ok?

It's not a problem for us but we were talking to an elderly gentleman the other night who is really worried that he won't meet the requirements.

Not much is it Message 7 but better than nothing considering the hotels were closed for those months.A lot of staff were sent back to turkey never to return.

Many hotel workers that remained here didn't even get that money!
