Thank you Multimax

Hi,
just want to highlight good customer service - all too often we put on forums about bad experiences but forget to share good experiences.

We are leaving the TRNC shortly but for obvious reasons that has been delayed. I rang Multimax to extend my subscription by a week, the man who dealt with me had to check on prices and get back to me. He got back to me within a couple of minutes and said that there would be no charge for the extra week and he hoped that if we return we would use their service again.

In a very stressful time it was so nice to have such a lovely gesture. Thank you Multimax.

That's a low blow... Erol has been more than fair with us over the years even though we cross swords on Kibkom on occasion.

I can only say that every time I have had a problem, Erol has sorted it straight away.Occasional blip when trying to contact office, butErol has returned my call and always put things right. Overall good service.

Can’t fault Multimax..
Always respond quickly...problems I’ve had in the past.. have always been sorted quickly..
I like the free couple of months they give to customers on a years subscription....nice reward to customers..
