select full editor and preview at the bottom of the screen, that gives you an attachment page, you can select attachment or attach a file.

Note that files should be kept to a reasonable size to lessen the load on the servers - 50k to 70k is usually sufficient for reasonable viewing quality on a monitor, although you can go higher if absolutely necessary.
