I recently sold mine through a friend (UK national) acting as my Power of Attorney (PoA). He, the buyer (a private buyer TC) plus a photocopy of my passport, permission to sell on my behalf letter and all car documents went to a notary for the legal process. Then to Lefkoşa (department responsible for transportation etc) where the transaction eventually took place. I do not know costs, sorry. I hope this helps. If you are selling to a car dealer, I am sure it can do all of this on your behalf, at a cost, naturally. However it is done, there are hoops to jump through - check for speed fines, current insurance, current MoT certificate, kocan in your name only (if shared all named must produce passport photocopies, letter of PoA. Iyi şanslar!
