Having difficult in accessing this sight : This site can’t be reachedpermissions.gov.ct.tr unexpectedly closed the connection.
Are you in TRNC?
Do you have a VPN turned on / connected? - if so, you will probably lose the connection to the site when you try to enter details or refresh a page.
It may do the same if you are not in TRNC, but I can't confirm that....
