Unfortunately the boss thinks he knows better than the 'market'...the only way out is high interest rate but it won't happen with the current attitude.

That is because of the spread rate between inter-bank mid rate for sell or buy. We all know where the greedy b*stards are based! Never exchange Stg into foreign currency in the UK before travel.

The Boss is only interested in himself.
About three years ago he told everyone to sell all their dollars and buy Lira whilst he stashed away countless millions of dollars in overseas banks, including the Isle of Man bank.

Worst scenario; Total collapse of the Lira manufactured by the Turkish Government would lead to all foreign currency bank account holders to be frozen. Theft of the highest order!
