Hi Sam, call in to see the guys at Ersem Yapı Market on the Alsancak/Lapta border - near Pools R Us.

Do you know what the call out fee is? (The water to the kitchen sink has stopped flowing, and i'm terrified of how much it will cost to fix).

I don't know what the minimum charge is, sorry!

I can think of a couple of reasons for your issue though...

1) The 'filter' on the tap has got clogged up - in this case all that you hace to do is unscrew the filter (where the water normally comes out) and rinse it or replace it - only costs a couple of TL

2) If your kitchen tap is fed directly from the Belediye supply, then perhaps the Belediye water is off - most areas have had water cuts in the last week or so.

Not sure they have a call out fee as such - Used to be 150tl for everything I ever had them do - outside taps etc - but it was a while ago! - And as Keith says - he's more than proficient and a nice bloke too!

Totally agree, always use them, would never use anybody else, and they won't rip you oss.
