I could do with your help in sourcing the following:

82mm down pipes, round, white. Probably 3m in length. PVC.
82mm offset bends, 45 and 90 degree. Round, white. PVC.

Where can l possibly find here in the north please?

Only grey here south side do different colours

I got white from Press Teknik in Alsancak - it was last year though, I bought some later and that was grey, maybe try him?
