Atm machines

I have tried 5 atm machines (Bankamatic). But no response. I wanted lira not sterling. Are machines empty? Is it a Bayram? Has Cyprus gone bust (hahaha that was a JOKE!!!!).

Credit West on Saturday was churning it out like there was no tomorrow. Perhaps they have all "run out".
