Taken from the "North Cyprus Expats Group" Face Book page.
Quarantine measures for people arriving in the TRNC from Category B and Category C countries have been extended from 20 September to 11.59pm on 1 October, the Health Ministry has announced today.
Students arriving from Category B and C countries will be allowed into the TRNC on the condition they present a negative PCR test conducted 0-120 hours before their departure date, the announcement says.
People arriving from Category B countries will have to spend seven days in quarantine and those coming from Category C countries 14 days, the statement adds. All those in quarantine will have a PCR test at the end of their quarantine period. Their quarantine will be considered completed only if their PCR test is negative, the statement says.
The Health Ministry also announced that bars have been closed until 1 October for “failing to adhere to [social] distancing rules".

I'm not sure if I'm interpreting it correctly, are swallows still allowed in, so long as they quarantine for a week?

I think that there has been one flight a day for TA at 00.50, not sure about other airlines. But I believe that only residents, or Cypriots were allowed to be on them. It looks like it may have gone back to all welcome, but with the required quarantine depending which category you travel from. Perhaps things will become clearer tomorrow.

Leester Polfus.
I am actually looking for an assistant for my nude fire eating act. I still haven't really completely perfected it yet so maybe you can bring your asbestos underwear, a box of Swan Vesta and a fire extinguisher just in case I burn the place down !

Many sincere apologies for going ' off topic '.
I just thought a bit of frivolity would not go amiss in these trying times.
