Digiturk cancellation fee.
We want to cancel our Digiturk because they can not show EPL football on S Sport, (the only reason we got Digiturk), We do not watch much else on it. They told us we have to pay the remaining monthly cost till the end of the contract along with our internet package costs. Has anyone else been in this situation and paid up? I suppose we will have to pay it or see the contract out.
I know we acknowledge (via text message) the continuation of the contract each year (it was in Turkish as one would expext) but being pedantic, they are not fullfilling their contract by not providing the S Sport channel.
Many thanks.

It happened about 3-4 seasons ago as well, they had no EPL for the first month. They then came to some agreement and it has been fine until now. Maybe just wait a little longer to see what happens. Yes I agree once you sign the contract it appears you are bound to it for a year, they will say that the package includes the Spanish League, Italian and French League, the only thing they are not providing is the EPL.
I think you are tied to them for a year, they are providing 75 per cent of the package, its seem harder to cancel the contract once you have signed up with them. Hopefully EPL will return soon as many Turkish people like English football.

Perhaps Yen should look at the Amazon dongle. Sky works 70% of the time. When we can't get footy on Sky we go on
to Arabic/French one of the BeIns and can invariably find the top clubs. You don't need to speak French or Arabic to see what's going on do you? If we can't get Sky cricket i.e. England -v- Pakistan, we go on to another App that Yen arranged for us and we watch on a Pakistani programme. Very often its in English language as well.

Is the Digiturk office in Girne open?
