Don't know about deja vou all over again, but its certainly putting the wind up me, especially when some people in assorted countries in the EU are being told by their banks to cut their plastic cards up by the end of November this year.

But I live here - not quite in the EU and not quite not - my country is unrecognised so what has/will change for me?
Answers on the edge of a postage stamp please and I will get around to it when I can free my head from this hole in the sand!
