Been to the shop a number of times to see Joanna, neither she nor Baris have been there.
Tried emails, no response which is not like Joanna.
Do hope this shop is not closing down
Any information please.

They have moved to Turkey, the shop has been taken over by a local I think, it is still operating.

Really? Only spoke to Baris a few weeks ago, didn't mention leaving country.Poppy++2 have you tried these email addresses:

Spoke to Adem in the shop last week and he told me that Barış had gone to Turkey on business and would be back in November?

I've no idea!
I would never intend to upset someone by using a racial slur (I'd still set out to upset 'em, by using any other method available
) - but it's very hard to work out nowadays what will or won't be deemed acceptable, either by the person themselves, or by the self-appointed army of people who seem to decree what is PC and what isn't...

Shop is looking empty of Gemmas items
We changed our system to Gemmas saltwater chlorinator, bit worried if they are the only ones who supply this

Baris is in Turkey ( Got stuck there because of Covid ) and may settle, but has not sold Pooltech. He will be running the business from over there and will be travelling back and forth, should hopefully get back to TRNC in November. They are still supplying Gemmas products and will have a new shipment of goods in by December.

To clarify, POOLTECH has not been sold. It is our employees that are in the shop. We travelled to Turkey and now we are stuck here. Nothing has changed at POOLTECH and we still supply Gemaş products.
