Pegasus phone number

I have been trying to call them on 0090 850 250 6777 today and getting nowhere. Says it's a wrong number. Can anyone help please.

If you've got whatsapp, try +90 850 399 1701 - it may be a 'text only' line, but at least you should get a response...
Failing that - if no one else has a working number - you could try Esta Travel and see if they can help you - on 0090 548 8619004 or 0090 392 444 3782

Yep, that works! I tried it using Skype.
It's a UK number, and you do get quite a long 'announcement' in multiple languages, but you should actually get to talk to someone!

Do you mean philcos number is uk? So it needs uk code in front. Given up for today will try tomorrow.

I just copied and pasted the number into Skype and it worked OK.
I did notice that Skype had inserted the UK code in front of the number, and as the call went through OK that must have been what it required - may just gave been my 'default' Skype settings, in which case it was lucky
- but it worked!
You get the impression sometimes that some Companies don't want to be bothered by actual customers ringing 'em up and disturbing them!

Hi,
I called the 0333 number suggested by philco on Wednesday as I wanted to cancel my return flight due to covid / quarantine etc. Call answered immediately, really nice chap took the call I explained the situation here in the UK etc and the quarantine conditions in the TRNC. Offered me an immediate refund back on C.C with 7 days. Hopefully if this takes place (see no reason why not) I can't fault Pegasus for its customer service. My turkish airlines experience for my outgoing flight wasn't as pleasant.
