I am trying to sort out my residency but the problems I am having with the Health Insurance is enough to drive me to drink. We have been to the police station, everything was in order, I went online to pay the health insurance and it was telling me we both had to pay for blood tests plus insurance, we are both well over 60 so didn't need blood tests. I rand and spoke to a young lady at immigration and she said she would get someone to alter it on the system, fair enough it was altered, but then they were asking for two years insurance. Another phone call and we were told we can only have one years residency anyway and she would get someone to alter it on the system, again.
I again went online and it had been altered, great stuff, paid for my insurance no problem, then tried to pay my husbands, despite the fact that we have application numbers etc it now states that he has no account, what the hell are they playing at, what sort of a system are they running here. Of course there will be nobody working now so I am going to have to ring yet again tomorrow and hope it can be sorted out once and for all. I expect we are going to end up having to go to immigration to try to sort it out, p*** up and brewery spring to mind. (:Z)(

Hello Elizabeth , the same thing happened with myself and husband , my application completed ; husbands said he didn’t have an account. Put in his login username and then pressed ‘ forgotten password ‘ . Message straight away on the mobile from immigration giving a new ‘ once only ‘ password. Continued with that , changed password for a memorable one and logged on successfully . Police visit for him tomorrow. Good luck , hope this works for you .

Elizabeth aren't you with TFR, they can help? They have done loads and know the system inside out.
