Attaching scans to Residency online application

Could someone help me please? I am completing online residency and have to attach a scan to the application but as I am not techy have no idea how to do this as there is no attach button.

I took photos of my documents and uploaded that way. I think they need to be in jpeg format.

There must have been a glitch on the system yesterday as I went back in this morning and was able to upload successfully.
