There's a tip on this thread regarding resetting the password.

Also a phone number to ring.

Another question about online residency. My husband and I did ours together, went to police station within 5 minutes of each other. I paid health ins first then he followed. I had my residency on Thursday last week, my husband is still waiting for his, anyone else had this problem?

Yep same thing with me and the mrs. I got mine last week and she's still waiting even though it's a family one and she's the sponsor.

I phoned them up and they looked at it and said it all looks ok and should be approved soon. My ref was two numbers before the mrs'.

I spent one hour and 45 minutes this morning trying to get through to this number... They want me to go for a blood test and I am 68!!! Why, Oh Why did they change what was a simple yearly process into a complete nightmare?

I feel your pain... If it's possible, try going to the ministry of interior and see if they can remove the blood tests. Apparently, you get seen quite quickly.

I found the new process quicker and simpler.

If there is a problem though, then yes, it seems worse than before.

Hello all........sorry, I’m a bit of a duffer, with all this techno malarky.......have had residency for 14years........who remembers the hell hole procedure in the old office in Lefkosa by the bus terminal.......how we laughed.......got to say, didn’t mind a day out to the new place.......as long as you knew the ropes, and all documents in place........and the happy guy in the payment office.....all ways smiling, taking your money............ spent many hours, people watching........ours needs to be renewed October 2021.......and seriously dreading doing the on line thingy.............hopefully this time next year, it will have sorted it self out......but not holding my breath............stay tuned........I will let you know how I get on.........
