Wonder what the e-pulse system is? Also wonder if it is only "Citizens" who will be able to get the flu vaccine as well, are visa residents classed in the same way?

The article refers to the Turkish Health Ministry, the TRNC doesn’t use the ePulse system (yet) for health appointments etc. No need to panic!

Ex pat's at the back but we are immigrants so we will be before them

And students will be in front of you because they bring in more money! It’s all about the money in the end and the country needs it so why not?
