Chirozo sausages

Hi.
Does anyone know if I can find any chirozo cooking sausages anywhere in the North ?

I'm sure I saw them for sale at Ozankoy Best Butchers. I suggest you phone them before going as it maybe an irregular run make.

Hi, ours are chorizo flavoured pork sausages, not the dried/smoked chorizo sausages. I miss proper chorizo

Depending on the dish that you're preparing, you might find Pinar Mangal sausages to be a reasonable substitute.
I slice and the quarter them and fry them off before adding to whatever I'm cooking.
Not chorizo, but definitely not bland!

Tried those once KC, made me sneeze and eyes water. Certainly not bland!!

Gul Bakery Alsancak sell Chorizo. It isn’t in sausage form it is in slices like ham but very good

We used to buy chorizo from Tempo... before their decline.... what a shame.
