Not sure if anyone could offer any advice please
Completed mine okay and got appointment for Police Station ok
Did the same for husband he got his text and password on his phone I carefully put this in but it would not go on to next stage .....
tried all possible version of zero and O..... but just won't go the green circle does not go round no messages saying a problem ?
Any assistance would be help tried to phone no answer and I thought I was doing so well !!

I had trouble with my password. Tried every variety and ended up taking a screenshot of the text message and zoomed in.

After more tries and a bit of luck, something that looked like U U was actually I J J.
