Has anyone managed to use a TA refund voucher issued due to a cancelled flight to book a new flight? I have been struggling all morning to get the system to work. I have the voucher numbers but they are not accepted in the online booking form.........

If you're a miles and smiles member ring them usually very helpful possibly get a reserved seat for free
