Blood Test / State Hospital Fee

Been trying to pay the above on line with no success. Used two different cards and keep getting message "0058: POSa Izin Verilmeyen Islem".
Immigration office; on hold forever.
Was going to go to Koop and pay as per last year (?) and then take receipt to Blood Test Center and hopefully get back on track with residency application.
Anyone else have this problem?
Which blood test have people gone to?
Thank you

If you are using local cards, it may be they have not been enabled for online use. The issuing bank can sort that for you.
Unfortunately, I don't think you can pay koop bank for blood tests (although you can pay for state insurance, if unable to do online ) as ETS says foreign cards aren't accepted for payment of blood tests/state insurance online so either get a prepaid card from Turkbank or ask a friend with a local card to pay for you. Once online payment is accepted you will be allocated a lab automatically, then it's the same as before, you go to lab for test and back a few days later to check if you've had a reaction then lab uploads your results. A few weeks later, you need to keep checking the online system, it will tell you to pay your residency fee (you can use a foreign card for that) and once paid, refresh the screen and the certificate will be available to save/print out.
