Basically those places that are still allowed to open can do until 21.00. So not all bad for owners and we always eat early and could be home by then. So a 21.00 curfew is far better than lock down and as long as people Ex Pat and local abide by the rules we may escape the inevitable.

I am not sure what isn't clear. Bars are still closed but restaurants and everything else in the list can stay open until 21:00 after that they can offer a takeaway service.

susiesusie, a lot of the local population (plus a small minority of expats) appear to have given up on the seemingly endless changes to the rules and regs. They go on at length about how lucky this country is to have survived the worst of the pandemic, and I constantly ask myself, HOW have they done it, other than the immediate shut down right at the beginning.
