2. your full name including middle name?
3. the same passport no used in your previous application?

yes yes ....using laptop .so no app number

Sounds like its doesn't recognise your nationality details.

Summercyprus, it's been a while since I did the online residency, so my memory now is a bit on the naff side. There is however, something in the back of my head about the filling in of the original registration form, and this message that is coming up for you, may be related to the place of Issue of your passport. So check your passport and put the details entered there rather than saying say UK. Mine says HMPO. (It's near the bottom of your photo passport page, to the right of date of issue).

I just checked and I saved a screen shot of my original application. I entered passport number without a P, plus I put United Kingdom into place of issue of passport, place of birth as written on passport. Not sure if that helps any at all. It also wouldn't accept my old residency number so had to leave that blank in the end before it was accepted. Come to think of it, I think the residency number was the great hindrance for me, I tried it in all sorts of ways before leaving it blank and then accepted. It was quite a while back though, and as I said before, my memory is rubbish.

heres a strange one !!!!!!!! ,,,,,,,,,i done on my mates laptop using multimax it worked ........done the same on my laptop ,nethouse ,,,will not work !!!!!!! .......same why !

So pleased that you have finally got there. As to why you had different results on different laptop/different ISP, not a dashed clue.

It's the old philosophical question, if a phone rings in a Cypriot immigration office and there is no-one around to answer it did it make a sound?
