Famagusta immigration police

It has been several weeks since starting the process for residency at Famagusta police station, fist visit tolt to deposit £10,000 into Turkish bank, fortunately this was overturned , second visit, told to produce PTP and land registry , done, still not accepted, then they said house tax need paying,stamp on contract, when back, still not accepted, was told that that bank statements had to be checked at Nicosia, since then every time I go online, a repeated message comes PENDING have tried calling no reply, anyone else had this problem ???
