I have a 55" LED tv shipped over a while back, just taken out of box only to find that it had been knocked. Does not show picture, just image that looks like a crack when switched on. My question being "is it worth repairing ( replacing LED screen ) over here? If yes, where can I get it repaired? Make is Hisence.

In my experience - not!

Sorry... The LCD screen itself accounts for around 80% {or more) of the cost of the TV.

There are some interesting videos on Utube that maybe able to help you with this. There is not a lot inside the set and could be just the LED needs replacing

If so, I'd like to meet him! ;)
