You'll probably get through on Saintsfan number and have to listen carefully to the the press 1 for this and 2 for that. Also be prepared to sit and listen to someone coming back to you every 5 mins apologising for the delay. I gave up after 35 mins.

It’s all normal for everyone in the U.K. at the moment due to Covid. No matter who you want to speak to, GP, DWP, HMRC, all businesses, Utilities etc., are all following the same format. Wait until you get through to someone who’s working from home and you hear the drilling in the back ground or children playing. All part of the course at the moment. 35 mins is not long for some companies but understand it’s different from abroad.
