Where can I buy replacement hot water tank element.

I have some titanium ones but were are you they are 60£ each 10yr guarantee u can Mail me braceybiilders&yahoo.com they are high voltage and twice the length of the one here

Gates, what do you mean by high voltage, higher than the 220/240 kibtek supply. If you mean higher wattage they all tend to be 3kw anyway, the same as a kettle. Most yapi markets should sell them. Some are open for emergency parts, a immersion heater spanner will be needed. Just my veiw but I would by the cheapest one available, they are usually u.k made anyway. Its the hot tank that rust and fail being of mild steel construction. Iam on to my third in 15 years. The new ones have always come with a new immersion heater so again in my opinion there would be no benefit in paying more for one with a ten year guarantee.

Don't buy the cheapest. I have had 3 failure with the cheaper ones.(2s within a month and the third leaked immediately from the metal weld). Only buy redring now

These elements i have been fitting for 10yrs with no come backs and when u change the tank u put that element back some tanks last 10 or more years so it’s well worth putting in the best element u can take no

Gates, if you have tanks that are lasting 10 years, amazing but thats not my experience. My point is simple, if on average a tank is getting replaced after five years ( which is normal) with a new element that iam paying for with the tank , why would I want to swap it for one you are selling? But if you are making money out of them good for you. If by illegal opposition you are implying I am running an illegal business thats absolute nonsense. I just believe that when people make a purchase they should make an informed decision. The wording of " of high voltage" might just lead some people to belive they are getting something which they are not!

Because with the ones they put in fur up after a year there is quarter of inch of fur that reduces the efficiency of the element with mine they are titanium coated stainless steel so after 15 years u can take them out still clean like new . They heat the water twice as fast so while u shower or run a bath the water is heating giving longer shower time for more of the family is that not a good reason. Believe me I have fitted over a hundred and everyone has been more than happy

U can’t see that in the long run u get your money back 4 fold that’s up to you keep heating up the crap round your old heater pay more money leave it on three times longer you can’t see it then you obviously don’t understand how things work and put down good quality items unless u have them sort sighted i think so u calling all the other people that have them stupid

Gates for goodness sake, I am calling nobody stupid. You pay your money you make your choice. Your original post was misleading by talking about a higher voltage, which is nonsense. The wattage will be the same, 3kw. Ones I have removed after a few years in use were not furred up to any great extent. If people have bought the product that you are going on about, well good look to them. I still maintain that the life expectancy of a steel hot water tank is very short, so I will replace the tank with a new immersion heater every time . My choice. The real issue here is for someone maybe like you to source and install copper water tanks, that's where the real money saving is not a weak argument about the immersion heater!

I have installed one copper special order realy expensive as they have to get the copper pipe from south and u are forgetting they fill with lime scale after a while so them u have paid 4 times the normal price and got a couple more years out of it yep really senseless. I have been trading here for 17yrs so there’s not much i haven’t tried believe me. One reason the tanks go through rust in the solar panels so soon as u put u new tank in it fills with rust from the panels so what is the point of a copper tank

As per my original post, keep it cheap and accept you will replace the hot tank with the immersion heater every few years.
