All done and dusted, Camlibel Clinic, by appointment, took 10mins max including a small wait after for any reaction.
Second appointment, next month.

Could you tell me if you had to ring for an appointment, if so what is the number please or the online form? Can you opt for Camlibel or Lapta?

The form to complete is on another post, in the medical forum posted by 'Waddo
I was contacted 9pm on Tuesday and told to go to camlibel, I wasn't offered a choice.
To be honest I think camlibel clinic is less busy.

Yes that is the form.
There is a translation in the medical forum

We were at Çamlıbel this morning too. Phoned 0548 829 18 53 (English speaking) yesterday morning and they called back an hour or so later. We were only offered Çamlıbel and neighbours who phoned the number later were only offered Lapta.

That's the phone number for vaccine appointment from Lapta belidere .

This is my post from earlier this week:
In case it might help others, we went to the health centre in Camlibel yesterday at 1030 a.m. without an appointment.
No queuing, in and out in 15 minutes, no questions asked re age (me 74, wife 63) and we had our passports with us.
Sinovac vaccine, second dose in four weeks.

We had applied online (for Lapta) but had heard nothing for one week.

We applied for the travel permit and that was approved within 5 minutes, Police check point just before Camlibel and we were waved through.
