Dog walkers/Hikers/Quad riders

What happened to all the above yesterday? All those who break the rules because it is “essential” that they walk for exercise or to empty their animals or just keep their batteries charged up? Where were they all then?
Don’t tell me that the weather put them off, not these hardy people dragging their kids around the streets? I can understand the quad/motorcycle riders not wanting to get their noisy machines dirty at all - won’t look good on a dirty bike - lol. But what about the hikers then, these “must exercise” people who with the joggers feel it is their right to do it?
Wonder if they will all be back out again today - it is forecast to snow later - lol!!
