Can anyone suggest where i can get replacement parts for water dispenser machine.

Depends what you need by way of replacement parts. The taps are available in just about every yapı market.

The connection plate where the bottle sits on top is badly cracked but is removable.

I got one from Halos, all of 20tl, mind that was last autumn

Halos?
There is one at the Alsancak end of the bypass, in the parade of shops adjacent to the petrol station.
Another in Karakum, main road, opposite the Lemar car park.
Another in Lefkoşa, not far from Metehan.
