lifecell internet

I had lifecell digital internet installed on my last visit to TRNC in autumn, 2019. Seem a long time ago now.
Has anyone managed to buy access in advance from the UK rather than having to go into one of the shops? Just so it is ready to go when you arrive.

I manage to login
but get stopped where is asks for GSM number
the number we registered was uk number as I don't have a trnc one and it won't accept it

I have been dealing with this exact issue for the past 48 hours. We finally got it resolved by calling customer services on +90 5338780535. They then set up an online digital account using our email. They sent us an email with password. I then renewed online. I don't have a local number either so it is possible to set up without one.
